This realization led James to launch his "L3arn 2 Earn" program, a beacon of hope for IEP youth and re-entry persons seeking a second chance in life.  His integration of the Credible Messenger model and L3arn 2 Earn is becoming a model for holistic change, showcasing that with evidence-based strategies, a community could truly break the chains of injustice and pave the way for a brighter future.The program focuses on providing educational resources, mentorship, and practical skills that could empower participants to build a brighter future.
